Description of Pedagogical Tool:

The pedagogical tool is an interview between teacher candidates and the main character of “A Promise is a Promise” by Robert Munsch and Michael Kusugak. The lesson plan and praxis paper outline the implementation of the pedagogical tool through a lesson for grade 11 students in the English: Understanding Contemporary First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Voices, Grade 11 (NBE3U) course.
